PCCI’s SSVF program provides assistance for veterans who are at imminent risk of homelessness.
UPDATE, 12/3/2024: PCCI is at capacity for the month of December. We will resume program eligibility screenings for January on 12/30/24.
Veteran households living in the City of Atlanta and the following counties may be eligible for homeless prevention assistance: Fulton, DeKalb, Clayton, Henry, Rockdale, Gwinnett, and Douglas.
