A program to assist Veterans and their families that are experiencing homelessness to become rapidly re-housed and self-sufficient
GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION SERVED
PCCI Services cover participants homeless in City of Atlanta and the following counties: Fulton, DeKalb, Clayton, Henry, Rockdale, Gwinnett, and Douglas (see map below).
Veterans are welcome to present at the Community Resource and Referral Cetner (CRRC) to determine eligibility for other agencies. The CRRC is located at:

VETERANS’ HOMELESSNESS PREVENTION
Veterans who are at risk of losing housing may qualify for SSVF prevention assistance. Go here for homelessness prevention services for veterans.
Our SSVF Program is at capacity for the month of February. If you wish to be put on a waiting list to be screened for a March assessment appointment, please complete the form below, and an Intake Coordinator will contact you during the week of February 24 to determine if you are eligible for services.
If you are with an agency and are referring a veteran for housing assistance, please use the form on this page.
