Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF)
A program to assist Veterans and their families that are experiencing homelessness to become rapidly re-housed and self-sufficient
* Veteran means a person who served in the active military, naval, or air force, and who was discharged or released there from under conditions other than dishonorable.
Documentation of Veteran status is required for SSVF enrollment.
We are at capacity for the month of April.
We will resume eligibility screening for our SSVF program during the last week of the month. If you wish to get on the waiting list, please fill out the form on this page and an Intake coordinator will contact you at the end of April.
