Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF)

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

1. Veteran Family:
   1. Veteran* who is a single person, or;
   2. Family in which the head of the household, or the spouse of the head of household, is a Veteran*.
2. Low-Income: Less than 80% area median income (AMI).
3. Currently residing in an emergency shelter, transitional housing, or a place not meant for human habitation (outdoors, vehicle, abandoned building, bus station, etc.).

* Veteran means a person who served in the active military, naval, or air force, and who was discharged or released there from under conditions other than dishonorable.

Documentation of Veteran status is required for SSVF enrollment.
